Our Youth and Outreach programs are designed to provide support, resources, and opportunities that can help young individuals develop their potential and thrive in their environments. It can be as simple as a hot meal or as crucial as a safe place to stay in times of crisis. We offer a range of support for teens and young adults (ages 13 – 22) including rent assistance, long-term housing, employement, and emergency child care.
Need immediate help? Contact us 24/7 at (888) 401-2311.

We are thrilled to announce that we will be opening Alan’s House in April, 2026. Alan’s House is the the only youth group home in the region.
Alan’s House is a licensed DCFS youth group home that will serve youth ages 10-17 who have been removed from their home due to abuse, neglect, or other difficult circumstances.
Youth will be supervised 24/7 by licensed and trained staff and will receive wraparound services.
You can read more about Alan’s House here.

Your generous support of ThePlace2B goes directly towards helping youth in the Quad Cities, whether it’s covering the cost of a meal, program supplies, clothing for students, or more. You can also help by volunteering or by signing up for a day on our meal train!
